Water Leaks - any water leak that may be causing structural damage or damage to your belongings.
Sewers - any sewer back-ups or non-working toilet.
No Air-Conditioning/Heat - no air-conditioning when the outside temperature is over 80 degrees or no heat when the outside temperature is under 50 degrees.
